Home
Today I started off my day by waking up to the song Boston, playing on my phone. I hit snooze a few times so I end up listening to the piano intro of the song off and on for roughly ten minutes. Then I unplug my phone and check Facebook (facebook.com) for another ten minutes and then scrolled through my Tumblr (but-i-like-to-play-silly-games.tumblr.com) dashboard for another thirty minutes or so all while playing music in the background. Afterwards I took a shower while playing music the whole time and got ready for work; sending some texts and a few snapchats as well.
Work
While at work I am constantly interacting with technology, I work mostly answering phones and waitressing at my local Pizza Hut. For the course of eight and a half hours, I answered the phone twenty-seven times and had anywhere from ten to fifteen minute conversations with customers, all the while inputting their relevant information and orders into my computer. When I am not on the phone I am often cashing out other orders on my register and computer, or cutting pizzas and reading my order screen which is another computer. At some point I found myself in the back preparing things for the next day, which took about an hour and playing music off my phone while doing so.
Home Again
Upon returning home from a long day I got on my laptop, spent another ten minutes on Facebook and then called my step-mom. During our roughly thirty minute conversation I scrolled through my blog on Tumblr again and checked for new videos from my favorite Youtubers because it always helps me to unwind from rough days. I noticed I had not seen the new Youtubers React video by TheFineBros and watched that immediately and then clicked over to the last Roosterteeth podcast and have been listening to that while I have been doing this assignment.
